About Us

Northwood, ND Roof Inspection provides roof inspection and roof certification in Northwood, ND, North Dakota. North Dakota roofs face long, deep winters, strong wind across open country and summer hail. Temperature swings are extreme, and shingles get brittle in the cold, so wind can crack tabs that would bend in warmer places.

Our roof inspection checks wind-lifted and cracked shingles, hail bruising, snow and ice damage at the eaves, and attic insulation and ventilation. Frost buildup on the underside of the decking is common in poorly vented North Dakota attics. We also provide storm damage roof assessment and pre-purchase roof inspection.
